" I have been a golf teacher for a long time. I have experienced back pain several times in my career due to my diligent practice habits. I have had 3 operations on my back and I know how debilitating back pain can be for a golfer. In fact, 80 percent of all golfers will suffer from some sort of back problems during their career.
The only thing that has significantly helped my back and strengthened the core muscles has been the Core Activator. Just using the trainer a few miniutes a day will protect your back from serious injury and prepare you to make your best swing at the ball"

The position of the back during the golf swing itself puts the player at risk of injury.  The body is placed in an abnormal position of torquing the low back, twisting and hyperextension.  Use of the Core Activator will help to maintain a healthy and strong low back musculature.  Just a few minutes on the machine prior to playing golf will help to warm up and stretch the muscles used during your golf swing.  Proper warm up is vital for any athletic endeavor and since the lumbar region is key to preserving a consistent, fluid golf swing it must be flexible and strong.  After playing a round of golf use the Core Activator to warm down and stretch gently.  It only takes a few minutes a day.  Ask your country club to consider installing a Core Activator in the clubhouse.
