CUSTOM ORDERS: VBR, inc offers custom options to your equipment. Custom prices apply. Call your VBR representative for a custom quote.
WARRANTY: The LumbarROM line comes with a 10 year warranty on frames and a 1 year warranty on parts. Pads, hand grips and cables have a 30 day warranty.
PRICING: VBR, inc reserves the right to make alterations in design and specifications, without notice, due to changing costs of materials and supplies.
SHIPPING; Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Equipment is shipped Freight on Board (FOB) from Arcola, IL.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Claims for damaged merchandise are rare. Claims must be made to the delivering carrier within five days of receiving shipment. Upon receiving your shipment, note whether there is damage to any item or the boxes and bring to the attention of the driver. Make sure to have the carrier note any damage on the face of the delivery bill of lading, including any missing items. Deliver of merchandise in good condition is the sole responsibility of the carrier and any claims for damage or shortage should be filed with them immediately. Please notify your VBR rep as soon as possible and we will assist with the claim.
